老牌酒店，硬件不是很新，但是看得出管理還是可以的，服務人員熱情，房間的設施有點年代感了，但衞生還是可以。早餐比較簡單，但味道還是可以的，喜歡吃小餛飩。地理位置是絕對的優勢，去哪都方便，以後來杭州還會考慮這裏。

酒店位置不錯，就是房間不大，設施有點兒舊了，浴缸黃黃的，門也是上個世紀的設計，舊舊的，感覺沒有新酒店的好。早飯非常一般，也沒什麼特別的東西好吃。服務還行，走的時候送了我一盒糕。可是回到家，盒子裏缺了一衹糕，也不知道是不是漏了。

房間寬敞、衞生，設施齊全，服務熱情周到，帶孩子過來超免費早餐標準了，但酒店還是給贈送了一份早餐，特別貼心。因在網上開視頻會需要晚點時間退房，總枱又給延遲了一個小時，非常人性化的。尤其是離西湖很近步行不到十分鐘，地理位置優越，價格合理，值得入住。
