Excellent stay. Owner and service are nice and friendly. The room is clean and nice, comfortable. It’s a kind of homestay with 2 floors and not a high building which makes it feel cozier and calm. The hotel is located in a big and beautiful park area so feels like being away of the city and close from nature. Recommends 👍 Also there is a small farm / workshop / art infrastructure in front of the hotel, the landlord is nice and there is a cozy place to drink coffee in, worth taking a look!

Room is too small .

Before I even stepped into the parking lot, the enthusiastic security guard greeted me warmly. As soon as I entered the room, I felt particularly comfortable because there was no peculiar smell in the room. I slept comfortably until dawn.

Quiet in a busy area, surrounded by flowers and trees, clean and simple. The breakfast is very good and the service is thoughtful. It is very close to the wetland park. It was too hot and not many people were visiting... I hope to add some facilities for children to play...

The lotus on the terrace is nice and nice for taking photos. But the facilities in the room need to be upgraded, the hair dryer is too old. The overall cost performance is not high, but it is not bad.

We found a hotel temporarily, it's really good, it's rare to find such a quiet and elegant hotel in this bustling city, the service attitude is especially good, the breakfast is also very unique, it's not far from the West Lake, the price/performance ratio is very high, if I hadn't left early for personal reasons, I really want to stay a few more days, people from Northeast China really can't stand East China in summer.

It was my first time to travel to Xixi Wetland in Hangzhou. I chose Xixi Resort Hotel on Ctrip. I was not disappointed at all. The hotel is great. The customer service reception staff is polite and thoughtful! The decoration is fresh and elegant. The lotus pond is just outside the window, which is beautiful! The breakfast is separate and delicious! The hotel is about five minutes' walk from the scenic spot, and the location is very good!

It is very close to the entrance of Xixi Zhoucun. It takes only three minutes to walk there. The breakfast is well matched. Very rich.
