一次非常愉快的旅途住宿經歷！酒店設施雖然有些年頭，但比起一些快捷酒店就是顯得大氣舒適。酒店位置很好，出門交通餐飲都很方便。這次還貼心地給升了房。尤其值得稱讚的是他們的服務（尤其是前台的小魯），熱情周到及時處理解決客人提出的問題，並多次電話詢問題解決情況，很細心，使我們度過了愉快的兩日！

房間老舊，設施復古，屋內有異味，開了幾天窗户都沒用。那種八十年代國營半地下旅社的那種味道。床單竟然是破的，浴巾也是爛的。恐怕現在如家的床品也至少是整起乾淨的吧。電視就是一個小顯示器配機頂盒。跟酒店星級極度不匹配。
服務員很友善，見面打招呼。
位置也很好，周圍都是商業，離西湖很近，酒店平台可以看西湖。弊端就是很吵，出門就堵車。
我提前預訂了好幾晚，要不肯定一天就走了。
來過那麼多次杭州，十分信任杭州文旅，這個友善的旅遊城市。如果我選擇了小旅館也就罷了，這樣老牌的星級酒店，這個樣子，太失望了。
