The hotel was great, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything which made getting around easy. ( Blue frog and common restaurant are close)

Nice stay at Junge boutique hotel. The staffs are very considerate and give good opinion for place to eat nearby. The manager let us use hotel toilet even after our check out time. Overall experience at Hangzhou was good, just that the hotel location is far from tourist attraction but is still convenient for public transport.

Average hotel, the building is quite old, if you stay more than a couple of days you'll definitely will get tired of the stay there

Location is great, no problem at all. The reception is separated in an adjacent building, and service actually was great. The real problem is when you already entered the room. There was a small dead cockroach on the floor. Wall was also a little dirty with some black spots here and there. To make matters worse, the bed was not thoroughly cleaned. It was not up to standard. There were some small beads on the bed and floor, and the pillow, blankets have some dust.

I booked this hotel on a business trip to Hangzhou. The transportation is very convenient. It's only a 6-minute walk from Metro Line 1. The front desk called us in advance to ask us what time we would arrive and arranged the high-floor room we wanted in advance. Our room also received a free upgrade. The air conditioning in the room was turned on for us in advance. It was very cold outside, but it was very warm when we entered the room.
