Air conditions not working, it was very cold, there is noone has english skills.Just the location well.

It was a comfortable stay, , excellent cleanliness, all services were close by,. I recommend it, and I will come back again.

I had wonderful memories here many years ago, but this time I found the location awkward, close to the tourist attractions but difficult to get a taxi and park, the facilities are old and have not been renovated, and the breakfast is not in the hotel. I hope it will be improved.

The location is very good. Just across the road from the hotel is the West Lake and the famous West Lake attraction "Willow Waves and Orioles". The hotel has its own parking space. Although it doesn't look much, I parked conveniently for the two days I stayed there. Although it is an old hotel with a bit outdated hardware facilities, the service is still good and clean.

This is the first time I have encountered such a hotel. It is not convenient to take a shower for 636 a night. The remote control of the central air conditioner is still manual. The key is that it is broken. I am convinced.

The hotel facilities are old and the insert card is inconvenient to open the door. The front desk asked for check-out at 12 o'clock, and after repeated requests, it was delayed to 13:30.

The location is excellent, very close to West Lake! The bed in the room is also quite big. I have stayed there several times.

After checking in, I went up to the room and found that the air conditioner could not be turned on. I went to the reception desk to inquire and ask for help. The receptionist staff actually said that the weather has been relatively cool these days, so there is no air conditioning in the entire hotel.  My room was arranged on the 3rd floor, which is relatively low. There was no air conditioning, so you had to open the windows for ventilation. In the end, mosquitoes gnawed all night long, and the noise outside made it difficult to sleep. After paying this price and receiving such service, it is completely unacceptable! Not recommended at all! It feels like I have been cheated outright!

Very close to the West Lake, but the hotel does not include breakfast. The hygiene is okay, and the facilities are not very old as mentioned. It's okay, not a surprise, nor a disappointment ~ The windows can be opened for ventilation, but the air conditioner is not powerful at the beginning and it takes a while to be useful!

Convenient transportation, convenient for sightseeing, and clean rooms. Although the decoration is a bit old, the price/performance ratio is still very good. When I opened the window in the morning, the children saw cute squirrels and birds, and they were very happy

The room is clean and tidy. The service of the old hotel is thoughtful and considerate. If breakfast is not provided, you can eat Hangzhou cuisine in the restaurant downstairs. The West Lake Scenic Area Liulangwenying is 200 meters away. Parking spaces are provided. The location is quiet in the bustling city and very quiet at night.

The location is great. There is a scenic spot right outside. The breakfast is very good. There is a Hangzhou restaurant at the door. The taste and service are good. It is an ideal place for travel

The only bad thing is that the lights are too dim and the transportation is convenient. It is worth recommending
