The A/C in my room was programmed to 27 degrees Celsius and could not be changed. I asked the front desk for help and they they fixed the problem. I woke up at 2am sweating because the A/C was programmed to 27 degrees again. I called the front desk and they said I had to wait till 8am for the engineer to come back. I could not sleep anymore.

The location of the hotel is great just 10 min walking distance to the Xixi wetland park. And around 5 min driving distance to two big shopping malls with a lot of restaurant. We have traveled over the weekend as a family. Overall service is good. Parking is for free. Just the breakfast is more Chinese style. Over all I can recommend it

The room was actually quite clean, but the soundproofing was not very good. There were too many people at breakfast, but the ingredients were fresh. Overall it was just so-so, mainly because it was close to the wetland.

The elderly in my family have difficulty in moving, so they specially arranged a room near the elevator, which was very considerate. There is Xixi Wetland near the hotel, which is also quite close.
