Very nice receptionist. The parking is very useful in that location. Pretty big and nice for the business trip also.

Clean and tidy room. The check-in was smooth and and some of the staff were able to communicate in English.

Mingying Hotel is located about 15-20 minutes walk from the nearest metro off of Line 16. Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak in Hangzhou, check-in was painless and simple, taking no more than five minutes to complete. I would stay here again if I return to Lin'an.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. The surrounding city interface is clean, tidy and relatively quiet, giving people a sense of orderliness and peace of mind. There are a small number of parking spaces in the backyard of the hotel. The hardware facilities and software services in the hotel are good.

I was shocked that I could stay in such a good hotel at such a cheap price in Lin'an. Don’t miss it if you come to Qingshan Lake. The hotel is super close to Qingshan Lake Scenic Area, Lin'an Museum, and Wuyue Ruins. The room is very clean. The most important thing is that the facilities are very good. The dry and wet rooms are separated. There is also a large and bright mirror for applying makeup. The decoration is all expensive. Similar rooms in Shanghai start at least 600. The hotel staff was super friendly and helped me delay check-out until 2 o'clock for free. The lobby is also very warm. Good reviews. I will stay here again when I visit Qingshan Lake in the future.

The room is as shown in the picture. This was taken before checking out. The hotel staff is nice. The only problem is that there are many people staying during the May Day holiday. The restaurant is not big and the breakfast is not available. When we went there, all the dishes were gone. Overall, it is still recommended.

Key points to complain about the hotel breakfast: 1. I went downstairs with my child to have breakfast at 8:30 in the morning, but there was nothing left. I had nothing to eat and my child had nothing to eat. Who could have imagined this feeling? Although the hotel was also renewing it later, it was really too slow! And many types were already out of stock! 2. I was scolded by a waiter halfway through. The original words were probably: What are you in a hurry for? I am not doing something? Or something like that. I was so angry that I can't remember it. Anyway, I turned around and left. 3. My husband ordered three bowls of noodles, and when he went to get the last bowl, he gave it to someone else inexplicably, so our family of three only ate two bowls. The key point was that the waiter who cooked the noodles also said, what should I do? I have already given it. Yes! What should I do? There was no more after that. That was the last bowl of noodles! ! I am speechless
