Very good experience and foreign friendly

The location is quite far, room is clean and staffs are friendly

Nice and clean room. Great breakfast

I was asked information about myself which I feel was unecessary. Other than that the room I was given was not sound proof and the guests around me were noisy.

It has been a lovely stayed. Room with river view is a nice plus. It is a nice location with a distance walk from metro line 9. Good service and nice breakfast on the top floor 28.

Very good overnight hotel. The bathtub is spacious and can easily fit two persons. The view of the river is excellent and we loved the pool in the basement which looks like a big aquarium.

Very central location. Has a stadium below. Not much local eateries nearby but can reach them easily with a taxi. Hangzhou is walkable, very comfortable compare to some other cities in China.

Overall is comfortable.Breakfast is good, room is clean and tidy and staff is friendly.

When I go to Hangzhou, I basically stay at Ruili Jianghehui. The service of Ms. Gong Wen, the assistant lobby manager, and her team is considerate and meticulous. I will continue to stay at this hotel in the future.

The room is very large, and the view outside the entire glass window is nice. It is indeed a real river view room. You can see that the equipment is old, but it is well maintained. The hotel's Chinese restaurant has group purchase packages online, which is an unexpected surprise. The package for 3-4 people is actually enough for 6-7 people. It is very practical and cost-effective. Because compared with other hotels, objectively speaking, the service needs to be improved, including the front desk, catering, concierge, and guest rooms. They can be more proactive. Employees should not wait for the guests to come to "errands", but take the initiative to ask if they need help, which will make the guests feel much better. But based on this location and room prices, overall, the cost-effectiveness is still very high.
