Spent only 5 hours for an overnight layover but very impressed by the great services provides by 小孔&小杭 and thanks for the free room upgrade. The smart toilet was definitely a wow factor that you won't expect at this price level. Wish I had a chance to try breakfast but my flight was too early. Catching the shuttle bus to T3 was a bliss. Just a tip: if you arrive late like me, remember the shuttle bus frequency will drop from every 10 mins to every 30 mins after 12:30 so hurry up. The shuttle bus station is under terminal 4, keep walking pass the bus terminal lobby. Take the shuttle bus 1 to the 综合服务楼/comprehensive service building

Convenient location with free shuttle service to and fro airport. Centralised aircon doesnt seem to work, air is still so room is stuffy and warm. Asked the hotel staff about it and they suggested to open the windows to let air in. Showerhead and rainshower looks very old.

A spacy and quiet hotel that is about 10 mins walk from t4. Very nice and good heated toilet seat

Stayed for one night due to transfer flight. Hotel is located within the airport complex but it was hard to find - perhaps because it is not on Google maps. Supposedly there is a shuttle bus but no clear information on how to go. Ended up taking Didi and paying 1 USD for the ride which seems stupid. But overall the hotel is clean, big and well amenities for it's price. They have morning shuttle hourly to the airport from the hotel.

Nice staff .. he can communicate by English well Good service minded Clean and silent more than the expectations They help to move suitcase and send us to the Airport ❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 However I can’t recommend about breakfast due to early check out

Good location if you have a connection flight for a lay over. Free bus pick up and drop off. They will pick you up in the drop off area. At Gate 25. Hotel room needs a good clean and furnishing was old and in need of a good clean. TV did not work, but the bed was good.

Nice stay. The location is great, near to the airport. It is a choice for those changing flights.

Everything was great besides the strong smoke smell in the room. Something to be aware of considering the hotel allows smoking in the rooms.

if you are coming from the airport or just needing a place to crash before your flight, it is a good option. The rooms are very large and have what you need. The room was not the cleanest and it smelled terribly of smoke. I had not asked for a smoking room, but I had not asked for a non-smoking either, so I guess that may be partially my own fault. I was waiting an arrival the following morning so I as coming from Hangzhou train statio0n by Didi...I am a foreigner and the location is not available from the English version of Didi. I would recommend going to the airport and walking to the hotel if you are able. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The staff did not speak any English and could not help when I called for assistance...there are other Manju hotels that are not the same as this one. The location is excellent and despite my worries and the disclaimer sent, it was not noisy at all.
