The location is great. You can walk to west lake and wulin streets from hotel.

So far into my trips to China, Ji Hotel remains to be one of the only hotels I’ve stayed in simply because they are everywhere! But also, their prices are always very competitive (sometimes the most affordable). This hotel did not disappoint, I’m a fan of Ji Hotel’s modern/wooden aesthetics. And the addition of Chinese tea sets in each room is very thoughtful. Staff were very kind and proactive during our short stay. This hotel is a walk away from the famous West Lake and the main shopping area (in77/Hubin/Yintai). The walk towards the latter is also filled with small shops and food options. Getting to the hotel from Fengqi Rd. Station is a lovely 3-min stroll, you cross a bridge in the process also avoiding the massive roads and traffic. You can use exit/entrance C6 and find plenty of food options underground also. Room was new and clean, most amenities can be provided at reception. Cool smart voice-control feature in the room also. The only thing to be aware of, if this concerns you, is that our room did not have a refrigerator - I can’t say for sure that’s the case for all rooms. But to be safe, I would check beforehand if I stayed again.

Super nice!! The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but everything is fine. The bed is sooooo cozy. And we love the tea gift set very much. Best thing is the location. It's not so far from subway, not as noisy the ones next to longxiangqiao station, very close to the shopping street! Would love the go back again :)

Excellent Location and Services. Walkable location to West Lake and Night Market. This hotel even have a tea set complete with tea cake (pressed tea leaves) and candies. Dont forget to try speak like crazy person with "xiao ai tong xue", its a Chinese Alexa :) Like other hotels, they are using robots to deliver goods.

Everything was good. Just lack of a proper pickup/drop off point.

the facility and staff here are nice. But the staff don’t speak or read English well, thanks to the translation apps. I think they’re doing a great job, especially for the family travelers. But we may not come back any more because with the same price, I think I can find much better places.

We are impressed by the front office young guy, he is extremely helpful, friendly and kind guy. Hotel management is fortunate to employ him. Bravo! He deserves a pay rise👍

Good location and near to shopping district. Its walking distance to metro. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is clean but slightly small. Slightly further away from westlake.
