Beautiful and ambient, the front desk lady 小童 in building #5 was super helpful with my left belongings. However the sound proof in the hotel was poor. Large selection of breakfast buffet.

The place is very beautiful and quiet. The breakfast is delicious and overwhelmingly in varieties. It is the best breakfast we ever had during traveling in Hangzhou.

I stayed in a natural oxygen bar in the downtown area. Beishan Street is the most beautiful street in Hangzhou. The hotel is in the best location on Beishan Street. There is a lotus pond outside the door. The hotel is a single-family villa. There are few people and it is quiet. You can overlook the West Lake and the distant mountains from the back mountain. There is a stream down the mountain. There are many fruit trees in the yard, and the trees are super large, covered with small mushrooms and moss. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, the service is good, and the room is clean. I live in Building 6. There is a beautiful view next to the bed. It is very suitable for family travel. Turn left and right when you go out. There are scenery everywhere. I have lived in Shangri-La next door. It is old. I prefer West Lake Villa. The experience is great. I will stay there next time 😁

The breakfast is so delicious (I hate myself for not being able to eat much in the morning). The lake is opposite the hotel gate, which is perfect for a morning run. The hotel is at the level of a state guesthouse, the service is excellent, and the overall greenery is great. I saw a lot of cute squirrels while walking in the hotel. The room is clean and the view is visible when you open the door. The facilities are well maintained. I will stay here again next time.

I have been to Hangzhou several times, and this time I stayed at West Lake Villa and it was definitely a perfect experience. The address is excellent, the West Lake is right outside, there is a bus stop at the door, 5 minutes to the pier, and 10 minutes to the halfway point of Baoshi Mountain behind the hotel, overlooking the West Lake. The room is large, the amenities are L'Occitane and Aulong, and there is fruit yogurt every day. The service attitude experience is even better, the shuttle bus is available on call, especially the housekeeper Guo Yan, after entering the information, she found that it was the baby's birthday that day, and took the initiative to send the baby a delicious birthday cake. I will definitely come again next time I go to Hangzhou.

The hotel provides business charter services, which are very efficient for an in-depth tour of Hangzhou in just two days. Of course, the most amazing thing is the breakfast buffet, which actually has a chocolate waterfall, various Hangzhou snacks, and fruits such as fresh passion fruit.
