The toilet of this hotel is quite big. They provide many bottles of water which is so great.

Park Hyatt Hangzhou definitely will be the next hotel to stay for my next business and personal trips to Hangzhou again due to its super good location, great service, fantastic hotel design, amazing hotel environment and satisfied hotel cleanliness. The Hangzhou MIXC Complex is just located at the same location as the hotel and so it is super convenient for our shopping. Definitely it is a GOOD choice!

Overpriced. Overall hotel style is ambiguous and bit cheesy. Premium materials with cheap ornaments. Rooms are just ok: bigger and half the price if you go to the Marriott in the same area. The AC is loud as an airplane engine. The live music in the 48 bar is random plastic comercial hits from all times… anything but a tasteful proposal.

Best Hyatt that I have stayed in recent years!
Everything is perfect! The view, the room deco, the afternoon tea set, the location, the customer services and hotel staffs(especially Nancy, she has been really helpful delivering my charging socket back…) generally well-deserved with its good hotel reputation! Will definitely return to stay again if am gonna visit Hangzhou for another time! 👍

This is a great hotel Park Hyatt is always good and you expect the best from them when you spend 2000 a night. The only issue I had was that the shower was in the middle of the bathroom so if someone takes a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. They quickly changed my room and the rest of the stay was not bad. They have the best toilet. The breakfast was really good they have a wide selection of food and great customer service. They tailor make your eggs

The facilities at the Park Hyatt are very luxurious. The Fitness Center overlooks a nice view of Hangzhou. The Deluxe Suite is a great size. I do not speak Chinese therefore I require some translation services for room service etc. A few times they could not understand my request. Overall I would rate it 9/10! Great experience

The hotel is in a great location, next to the Mixc shopping center, and convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast is not very varied, but the ingredients are excellent and the taste is very good. The only drawback is that the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, which is inconsistent with the hotel grade.
