Nice design, 1st floor was noisy a bit around midnight because of the other guests

Great place for families with pets. The staff are very kind and caring. The laundry facility and parking were well-equipped and easy to use. There were charging piles in the parking for EVs. However, there were two main problems, 1) our room was not cleaned properly and hair was everywhere, 2) the breakfast was only Chinese style (fried egg, tofu, rice, and watermelon) without any coffee or juice, which was not good and didn't worth the cost. We asked for coffee in the morning for breakfast but they told us the staff in charge of making coffee would come in the afternoon and there was no coffee or other drinks for the ridiculous breakfast session.

Name of hotel is EDEN House - not Yiqi Ecology Art Hotel. Very far from airport. To the east railway 30-40 minutes. . Affordable summer rates. Eden has a welcoming ambiance with natural elements- beautiful front desk and cafe area. Executive Suite room was fantastic. Bed was luxurious quality. Modern shower and toilet area. Nice sitting area to watch movies and read. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was ok but no western options. Only tea, no coffee. Staff are helpful but don’t speak English. It’s a quiet environment which I enjoyed but far from Hangzhou landmark attraction like West Lake Pavilion and Ancient Town-Qinhefeng Rd. Traffic by taxi- try the metro.

Attention to detail is just everything they do in this hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was really helpful

Have a lot of mosquitoes and not good breakfast

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, in this they are great! Service is a bit slow, the cleaning woman on my floor is noisy in the morning and even woke me up on the first morning to ask if I needed my room cleaned despite having the DND light on. The cafe on the first floor is cute and cozy, lots of beautiful plants But the service is so so...the guy serving tea/coffee and snacks offered by hotel from 1pm-10pm is a smoker and would be clearing his throat into what I assume was a garbage bin behind the counter. Very off-putting! I chose this place because it is very close to Baoshou shan 宝寿山 17 minutes by car and obviously the good reviews. The room is super clean and comfortable, all other things can be avoided/dismissed depends on you. FYI no one speaks English, It wasn't a problem though.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, the room is clean and sanitary, there is a small sofa bed to lie on, the front desk service attitude is great, I went to recuperate after a minor surgery, and the front desk lady also helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, which was a very thoughtful move, thank you very much😊

Very satisfied with the stay. The room looks much better than it actually is, and the environment is even better. You can enjoy the comfort of the cafe. Whether in the hall or the room, there is a faint fragrance, the hygiene is also very clean and tidy, the stay is comfortable, and you can sleep peacefully at night. The child lost something, and the front desk sister was also very enthusiastic to solve the problem, and she would help us patiently with her attitude. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, and the transportation is also solved. The hotel is good in all aspects, highly recommended!

The hotel is close to Xixi Wetland, with a superior location, convenient transportation and travel. The entrance of the lobby is simple and elegant, with a reasonable layout. The front desk is beautiful and generous, the service is warm and thoughtful, the bar restaurant is very stylish, quiet and comfortable. The room I booked has good lighting, bright, quiet and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the room auntie is very good and quick. Overall, it's not bad!

The room was cleaned very well. There are cute kittens in the hotel. The lady at the front desk is also very gentle. The overall living experience is very nice. The atmosphere is very good. I will come again next time. Hahaha
