Check in waa smooth. One of our family member arrived early and Amos was able to give him an early check in. He was helpful and efficiently answered our queries. Joey and Miss She helped us with our travel arrangements. They immediately contacted us that we left our phone in the room during clean up We were impressed with their professional and prompt response. Rooms were clean and had most of the amenities. We stayed in 2 deluxe twin. Will definitely return to stay.

We loved our stay at the Canopy by Hilton in Hangzhou. We arrived at 15.30 but needed to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The room is fantastic, really stylish and clean. All staff in the hotel were very helpful and attentive, especially the cleaning team. We really enjoyed the free cocktail available in the bar in the evening, this was a great touch! The staff were accommodating about leaving our car in the car park until 8pm. The only fault in the whole experience was breakfast.y wife and I both ordered from the A La carte menu and my wife ordered noodles and I ordered eggs. My wife’s noodles arrived in 5 minutes and my eggs took nearly 40 minutes. Naturally we were frustrated and the staff explained this was because they were waiting for other egg orders to be able to cook together in a batch. This is not how breakfast service works because I wanted to enjoy breakfast together with my wife and to get out and enjoy Hangzhou as soon as possible. This is especially frustrating when the restaurant was not busy as we arrived early at 7am.

Nice hotel. So pretty and modern interior design. Very convenient to go shopping and West Lake. Highly recommend to stay here.

The Hotel has an excellent location. Facility of the hotel as well as the room are new, well designed and has a reasonable layout. Excellent service by the hotel staff and especially by receptionist Joey. Unfortunately our stay was just for one night, but we would highly recommend Canopy Hangzhou and we are going to stay longer nights on our next trip.

At this room, the first thing that catches your eye is the playful Coca-Cola theme – not too in-your-face, just enough to add some fizz. The room? Massive. But here’s the scoop: the AC was like a lazy summer breeze – not enough to cool down the whole room, even though they tried to fix it, it didn't do much. We booked a non-smoking room... well, the air smelled like someone had a secret smoke break. 🚬 Plus, the toilet? It was far from the bed, making the night emergencies a bit inconvenient. 🏃♂️ The location was great, walking distance from the lake, nice restaurants around and close enough to the metro station. The hotel facilities were great and customer service was on point. The room was neat and clean if it wasn't for the tobacco scent. Overall, Canopy Hotel has style, but it’s got some homework to do. Fix the AC, freshen up the air, and maybe move that toilet closer. Then it’ll be a real winner. 🌟

Great hotel, modern decoration outside ! Nice terrasse for a lunch or dinner. We loved the live singer at the lobby restaurant.

Great hotel nearby the West Lake in a very quite tree-line road. They have a very nice outdoor bar where you can enjoy breakfast or have a drink but unfortunately it was full of mosquito during my staying so I had to enjoy my coffee inside.

Spacious room and clean, not too far from metro station. Quiet neighbourhood. Love the ambience, and cosy from the winter weather outside. Would recommend to my friends!

Very clean, modern and well maintained hotel. The included breakfast was a mix of a la carte and buffet (both included). Would stay here again for sure.
