I live nearby and stayed at the hotel about 2 years ago. I wanted a little staycation again, and I’m glad to say that it’s still a great place to stay at. The hotel is clean and tidy, bed comfortable. The service staff and front desk are absolutely helpful and accommodating.They always have a smile and are willing to help. I ordered room service, the food was good and the order took only 30 minutes. Breakfast was delicious , but the variety of pastries were limited this time. However I enjoyed everything and ate every bit of breakfast, the breakfast hosts were lovely and made a yummy hot latte. Something to note, is that the pool is managed by a 3rd party so they do have swimming lessons in the evening. I still enjoyed myself at the pool and look to join the swim classes soon. For foreigners looking for western food, you can find Commune/ meToo cafe ( hauxia) / wagas etc. around the area, it’s a nice place to walk around.

Unable to use pool or gym as classes were taking place. As the fitness area is managed by a third party, potential guests should be informed in advance of times they are unable to use facilities. Personally, I would have booked a nearby hotel. Breakfast was good, however some food was not fresh.

Good option for few nights, helpful staff and good breakfast with western options.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Such great service and the best pool we have been in for a long time. Great comfy beds and bathtub! They spoke to us so nicely and made us feel special as it was my husbands birthday they gave him a cake and gift and even gave our baby a gift too. Really good breakfast variety too

The hotel is very close to Hangzhou East, which makes travel convenient. Selena and Lily at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is also very convenient, and the room is clean and tidy!

An unforgettable experience at Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Oaks Center The weather was getting cooler, and as soon as the baby got out of school, we decided to take our family to Hangzhou for the weekend. I had been to the old town several times before and always felt it was crowded. This time I chose Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Oaks Center. The hotel is located in the CBD, a few steps away from the EFC shopping mall building, with convenient transportation and a great location. I received a call from the hotel immediately after booking the room, and the room was arranged according to our itinerary and family members. The suite is so big that the baby can play hide-and-seek here for most of the day. Living room + dining room, bedroom, two toilets, bathroom, dressing room, feeling at home. It happened to be a good weather, and it was a pleasure to look out the window in the room. The details of the room are well done, there are charging plugs everywhere, and the cleaning is spotless. From the moment I entered the hotel, all the staff greeted me with a smile, responded to my requests, and provided help. The hotel's dining is great, with a buffet breakfast with a wide variety and warm and thoughtful service. We also experienced the Caifenglou Chinese restaurant, and were very satisfied with the restaurant's products and services.

I was particularly satisfied with the Oaks Crowne Plaza Hotel I stayed at this time. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the staff are very polite, the hotel lobby is spacious, and the rooms are comfortable. Cici from the concierge department is enthusiastic and professional. She helped me find the charger left in the room as soon as possible. Jyri greeted me warmly and politely, and also helped me deliver the express to the room. It was the most satisfactory experience and I look forward to staying there again next time!

This hotel in Yuhang has a high review, so I came to try it. I didn't expect it to be so good. The hotel reception is on the fifth floor of Oaks. Check-in is very professional. I was impressed by Cherry and Dio. The service was very patient and thoughtful. The room was also cleaned very cleanly. The breakfast was rich and delicious. It was really good. Recommended

The hotel is located in the center of Future Science and Technology City and is one of the better five-star hotels in the surrounding area. I was very satisfied with the room because I booked it for my girlfriend to propose to me. The front desk helped me upgrade the room and also provided breakfast. The breakfast restaurant was also very good, with an elegant environment and a variety of food. It is really a great hotel. Thanks to Alvin and Cherry at the front desk, and Manager Yuwei for their enthusiastic and professional service. My girlfriend and I left a wonderful memory in the hotel~

I returned to the Crowne Plaza Oaks Hotel again. The lobby is very clean and tidy, especially grand. As soon as I entered the hotel, the staff on the first floor greeted me. They were very friendly. Check-in is on the fifth floor. There is tea in the lobby, which is very considerate. The concierge Cici and the manager Kole provided good service. They upgraded my room. I look forward to staying here again next time!

The service and hardware are superb, especially the service staff Dio and Zoe, who are warm and thoughtful, responsive, considerate, enthusiastic, well-educated, and honest to guests. The whole hotel has a good atmosphere. They greeted us proactively and were very enthusiastic. When we checked in on the fifth floor, we were provided with ice-cold welcome tea. Then, when we checked in, Cherry and Chen Rui provided very good and patient service. I was very impressed. When we entered the room, the overall layout of the room was very good, the sanitation was also very clean, and the view outside the window was also very good. Then there was breakfast, which was very rich and delicious. There are food courts and Wanda shopping malls nearby. The location is very good. InterContinental's hotels are really good. Next time I come to Yuhang, I will still choose AUX!
