房間乾淨，停車方便，錢江世紀城出差也好，休息也好，非常適合商務出差，早上出門樓下就是瑞幸，非常方便。

房間佈置：沒什麼好説的，空間還可以，但是搞什麼玻璃隔斷，無法理解
環境位置：位置在一個建材中心的靠近馬路的地方，他在攜程上面的地址在建材中心的靠近中心的位置，這條馬路一直有大貨車在跑，半夜也一樣，這個房間隔音效果也不夠好，聲音跟打雷似的，比火車聲音還大，非常影響休息，所以陰謀論一下他是故意寫錯地址的
設施電器：①基本的淋浴洗漱可以滿足；②洗漱台有鏡子的地方竟然沒有插座，吹風機衹能在別的地方插；③投影儀的位置在沙發左側，畫面是傾斜的，聲音就會從左邊發出再加上亮度比較低基本沒啥可用性
