good quality. Ettiquete. decor and staff support. rooms are maintained well despite the draft that hotel is old. however, Toileteries are not provided due to green environmental behavior adoption. but if you ask for it, the staff provides free of cost.

Very nice hotel in Hangzhou. The room amenities and design is perfect! Love the spa in hotel very much! Will do it everyday if I live in there. Their staff is nice!

Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared a wechat so we could communicate and ask for things. Took bags to our room. Breakfast was good. Even prepared a breakfast for us the second day when we had to leave early for a flight and would miss breakfast. Room was nice.

Quite rundown the hotel. need renovation. It is quite different from the pictures shown in the trip.com as compare to the real one.

Everything was good except air-condition , they don’t operate it unless temperature is 26 and more.
5 star hotel with only fan! Unbelievable unacceptable.
Not mentioned even during my booking in trip.com

Fancy hotel with good breakfast. The location is not so good, about 15-minute walk from the subway.

Beautiful hotel, room clean and bathroom large, bed wonderfully soft sheets. Not too far from the lake, if you are there to walk.

It was an excellent stay. All the hotel service people are very helpful and polite. I’ve to mention about Mr. Shank Zhou and Mr. Rohan from this hotel who helped me a lot to search my wallet which I lost it and finally I got it. I’ll be happy to visit and stay here again.

The hotel is good looking, luxury feeling. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect, a lot of nice restaurants, shops and nearby Westlake. If you like a busy area this is the perfect spot.
