I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the kind and attentive staff truly made a difference!

The service was really nice and helpful. The location is really convenient

The rooms were a bit dirty and had mold on the ceiling and especially in the bathroom. Also the tapestry was lose in one room. Even worse: when checking in, they gave us a room that already had people in it - and every time we changed the room number this happened again for a total of 3 times. Ended up switching hotels after 1 night. But location is very convenient if you can accept this and get a good price.

The hotel is hidden in the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street, with a good location. The Gaoyin Street parking lot is about 100 meters away from the hotel and charges an additional 48 per day. The suite has only a bed, a chair and a small table, and there is no place to put things. It is clean and the air conditioning is good.

I booked a room with a window, but the window was blocked. When I opened the window, I could see the wall of the opposite room clearly. The front desk said that if it was written with a window, it was a window with a block. If I wanted to change the room, the front desk said that the room was full and could not be changed. If I wanted to stay in a room with a window without a block, I had to pay extra. How should I put it? The service attitude of the front desk was not bad, but I told you in the most gentle tone that I would not solve any problems for you. The room did not have a metal chain for locking, I don’t know if it is safe. Anyway, if you don’t mind the window problem and the problem that the front desk did not solve the problem, you can consider staying. Anyway, I will not stay again.

This hotel is next to a classic pedestrian street in Hangzhou. You can go there to play at night. It's very good.
