來杭州開會，住在這裏很安靜。前台的小汪特別貼心，前一天給我電話和我確認行程，知道我的大約抵達時間後提前幫我預留好房間，還寫了歡迎卡片。西湖邊的風景特別好，坐在室外喝喝茶還可以順便欣賞雷峯夕照。下次有時間繼續來這裏住。

環境優雅，推窗即可看到湖景，晚上安靜，但是房門隔音一般，過路人説話聲音比較清晰。早餐不錯，服務也可以。

酒店在西湖邊，坐在花園裡，對面就是雷峯塔，獨享一段湖面，沒有眾多遊客打擾。尤其是服務，出發前，酒店前台的小胡就打來電話，詢問愛好需要，入住時已做好了安排，服務周到細緻。飯店的其他員工也是，令人感到温暖。
