Good location, can reach downtown, 10 min walking. Hotel room clean and nice. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

Hotel location is very good, near many nice places. Staff is polite. The only thing was that some guest smokes on the corridors, cigarette smell wasn’t very pleasant as a non smoker

The staff at the front desk (The girl name Blue) are very helpful. Hotel is clean and have a good location. Hotel do provide umbrella, it is very useful for us when we go Xihu because of the hot sun. Breakfast is good. I like the Jasmine milk tea and yogurt.

Huge and clean hotel. Facilities are great, staff are friendly. Reasonable pricing . Will definitely book here again for my next trip.

This hotel was an absolute GEM! We live in Hangzhou but like to stay at hotels in the city for fun sometimes. We have paid much more for not as good. Wonderful hotel all around. Loved the room and when we wanted more water you call and a robot comes to the door. Location was excellent and we walked many places. Oh the gym is like a REAL gym that others pay for. It is very big with tons of equipment and was empty every time we went. It is true the showers are gross but we were happy to use the one in our room. We never tried the breakfast because it wasn't included with our room price. Great value and will definitely return.

Highly recommended! Five-star service! Whether it's the security guard, the front desk, the floor service auntie, or even the restaurant waiter, they are all super nice, better than Haidilao! And the laundry service, you can believe it, it's dried and folded for you. When I saw that the child didn't eat anything for breakfast, I made two beef patties and gave him a bag of fruit and yogurt for him to eat later. When I left, I learned that I was driving back, and I gave him two cups of coffee to refresh myself! It's very close to the attractions by taxi, I will stay here next time!

The experience of Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel is great. It is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is super good. The front desk will call to ask if you are satisfied with the room. After making suggestions, they will immediately improve it. The restaurant waiter Xiaohai is very enthusiastic and helped me deliver breakfast to the room. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will stay here again.

This hotel is very cost-effective. I strongly recommend it to customers who come to Hangzhou for tourism, vacation or business trip. In particular, the service here is the best in my opinion. The hotel service of Hangzhou's tourism industry development has earned points for Hangzhou! I especially thank the lobby duty manager Vivian Zhang Wei and the breakfast supervisor Hai on the fourth floor for their warm and thoughtful service. Hangzhou is the back garden of Shanghai, and I come here every year. I used to stay near the West Lake. This time, I saw that Ctrip's package was very cost-effective, so I stayed at Xingdu Hotel. From the time I got off the bus and helped with my luggage, the lobby service was enthusiastic and I was upgraded to an executive suite for free. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and warm, so I stayed for two more days. I had the hotel's buffet dinner on the weekend, which was rich in variety, with unlimited salmon and lobster, and the dishes were replenished in time. Xiaohai was gentle and enthusiastic, and kept introducing delicious dishes while providing warm service. Thank you very much! Although it was a rainy day during this trip to Hangzhou, we felt the sunny service of Xingdu employees and were very happy that we would continue to choose Xingdu when we come to Hangzhou in the future.
