The hotel is well located at ~1 km to West Lake and is close by a metro (Feng Qi Road) station. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good with both Chinese and Western food. The hotel has a gym and laundry at the basement. All in all, a well located hotel with good amenities at a fair price.

This one on the West Lake has a video room. I really love it! The hotel is located next to the West Lake and can be reached on foot. The hotel has its own ground parking space, which is very convenient. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the Fengqi Road subway station near the hotel. It is very convenient.
