The accommodation at ROXANNE was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect as you could have a mountain view from your room and West Lake is literally just across the street. They have at least 2 different buildings with several room types, outdoor area, hot tub, grill area and just beautiful scenery. The rooms are very clean and spacious, modern with a lot of technological features that one might not expect. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future!

The room is very clean! Automatic toilet, automatic curtains, and a comfortable big bed. The mattress is very comfortable. I also want to buy a mattress like theirs! Everyone is smiling when I get here, just like at home. The breakfast is very rich! I will stay here again next time.

I stayed at Ruobai Yayuan with my mother. It is close to Prince Bay and has a great environment. The facilities in the house are complete and very convenient. The boss is very nice and the service is considerate and thoughtful.

It was a great experience. Everyone here is so warm and caring. I overslept and missed breakfast time, but they still saved breakfast for me. It felt like home. When I left, they also gave me a souvenir, which was a surprise. My daughter said this was the best homestay she had ever stayed in, and she would come again next time.

Good location, good environment, the lady is very considerate, overall quite satisfied, but I would like to remind you that the bed frame has problems, there are sharp corners when entering and exiting, my wife was hit twice! The mattress is too soft (personal problem). I will stay here again if I have the chance. Except for the accidental injury, it is a good experience
