Food is tasty, environment is good. All the staffs is very friendly !

The room was very small and not too clean. The bathroom had signs or it being dirty and the room walls were a mess. They had limited breakfast options and at one point, I couldn’t locate the plates or cups. B The staff seemed nice.

The location is about 800m from Hangzhoudong station, so you should consider if you want to walk from to the hotel from the station. I was offered a room with full of smoking smell but was changed to a non-smoking room after my request. The room is full of sunlight. The laundry service is a highlight as my clothes were folded after the dryer by staff. The breakfast is mediocre. Staff are friendly and supportive.

The woman at the front desk shouted louder than me, saying that I placed an order on the APP and I had to do it again on the APP. The manager in a white shirt next to me stood there watching the show and didn’t help me check the situation. Until I was unhappy, the front desk deliberately said that if I didn’t want to place an order on the APP, she would help me arrange it on the system. In summary, I will live on the street next time and will never patronize your Home Inn "International" Hotel again.

I checked in in the morning and arrived early. The front desk lady upgraded me to a king-size bed room with window for free. The room was OK and the bathroom was clean. It was on the road but relatively quiet overall. It was convenient to have breakfast. There were many restaurants to choose from around. It was only one bus stop away from the East Railway Station. You can walk down the overpass to the bus station. It was also not far from the Pujia water bus station, so you can walk there.

I stayed at the Jianglan Hotel next door before, which was terrible. Then I found this Home Inn. The service attitude was good and the hotel was decorated in a high-end style! There is a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient. The room is also comfortable. I am quite satisfied!
