Location was pretty inconvenient but didi will solve the problem, staff were nice. overall pretty good experience

The room was clean and spacious enough for two pax with big luggage, basic amenities were provided too. The breakfast was disappointing, I would suggest eating outside and skip their breakfast. It would be good Hotel receptionists could be friendlier and more attentive. Location is not near the West Lake broken bridge, there is a walking distance of about 20min. The view from hotel isn’t great too.

My two most important conditions before booking a hotel are it has to be value for money and should also provide a cozy stay. I originally planned to stay only for 1 night but i was somehow convinced to stay yet another night. Breakfast is optional with a fee included of course and from my food standards, it was ok but i give it a plus for the quiet environment. If you share the same conditions as me, then this hotel is the right destination for peaceful nights and long awaited visits in China!

Good location. Easy to find food and quite near to westlake. Every night will offer some snacks for free. Service excellent.

The hotel is very close to Yintai and Wulin Night Market. It is very convenient to travel. The hotel is easy to find and close to West Lake. The front desk Xiao Yang has a good service attitude.

I really have to give a bad review!!! I brought my old father and two children, and left a message on Ctrip several days in advance to add a bed, but it was not reserved! The house is small, the environment is poor, and the restaurant is huge. It's like a war to have breakfast! The house on the roadside is very noisy, and there are too many passing vehicles, so I didn't sleep well for a night! The attitude of the front desk guy is very bad. Every time I call, it's like I owe them! Only the big sister who cleans the room is good. There is no bed, so she gave me a quilt to spread on the tatami! I was out playing at noon, and called the front desk to delay check-out. They didn't extend it. They said they were afraid of complaints from other guests. They knew they wouldn't extend it, so we packed all the luggage in advance! I thought it was more than 1 kilometer away from the West Lake, but it was not. It was very far away. The house of 700 per night is really not worth it (Ctrip 589 per night does not include meals, points are exchanged for a breakfast, and breakfast for two people is 98 when I arrived at the store). It's not as good as Home Inn! Don't look at it as newly renovated in 2023, it's not the case at all. Choose carefully, choose carefully, choose carefully!!!

This stay gave me a very good experience. The front desk service was very considerate. She gave me a small gift and told me about the facilities around the hotel and the direction to the scenic spot. There were many types of breakfast and the taste was very good. The room was also very large and clean. Mineral water can be taken for free. The aromatherapy in the lobby is also very nice. I like it.
