This is my favourite hotel in Hangzhou. Modern and Stylish. I stayed here when I arrived to work in Hangzhou in 2020. I then moved into an apartment in the same building. The staff are friendly and attentive. It was a delightful stay. I will always stay here when I visit Hangzhou. There are metro stations nearby. Using a DiDi to and from the hotel is easy as well. HANGZHOU is a beautiful city, and so is The Crystal Orange Hotel! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I didn't quite understand when I was told ”Only Chinese people can stay here?” when I checked in. There was no such rule when booking a room. It was really outrageous, but I checked in anyway. The service needs to be improved, and I felt very bad! The environment is not very hygienic and there are many small cockroaches. The pillows are very soft and have no support, making it very difficult to sleep. It collapses after sleeping, one pillow is too low and two pillows are too high. Please come on. The location is very good, there is a separate washing machine, and the view is great.

There is a doorman in the community, and you can directly see the bridge at night from the 29th floor. The overall two-story hotel has a family-like layout. The room is separated from the bathroom, and there are many considerate services such as paid underwear and towels. The bathroom provides a lot of free public dental floss, cotton towels, cotton swabs, and disposable toothbrushes! The beds are changed every guest like a normal youth hostel. I stayed one night to watch the Asian Games and was too lazy to put on a quilt cover, so I just slept under a sheet. . When I lay down, I noticed someone was snoring in the room. I found that the earplugs and needles provided did not poke.

The hotel rooms are separated into wet and dry areas, and the facilities are very user-friendly. It is a Chinese-style hotel with its own brand characteristics among business hotels. The front desk Kiki's service is very good and considerate. The shower gel in the room smells good and is very easy to use. I'm hooked haha.

超級好，前台小姐姐也特好，我是給家裡人訂的，因為姨姨皮膚較敏感如果不是特別乾淨的話會起紅診，我還特意打電話詢問了一下，就同意我們先看環境，結果很滿意，當時看完她們就馬上入住了，晚上也睡得很舒服，就是忘拍照片給我了😅。不過聽她們反映説環境是真真好👍👍👍
