We booked two rooms at Dukes and when we arrived and got to our room, we walked in on an occupied space! They provided a key to a room that was already taken and then ended up switching. Luckily there were no problems when we walked in on the people in the first room. We booked three nights that were clearly shown on our booking as paid for, but after the first two nights, the receptionist called us and left a voicemail indicating that we only had reserved two nights and our credit card had been charged almost $300. I attempted to correct the situation with the receptionist by showing her the reservation email as we did not have anywhere else to stay and after much argument was able to resolve the problem. I was told to call the manager next week to talk about a refund. Terrible experience and bad booking system. I'll pass on this place and instead stay across the street at the far superior Whispering Sands.
