Staff excellent, helpful and friendly. Unit was warm and inviting. Bed very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with a good size fridge/freezer. Would stay again when returning to Hanmer Springs.

This little gem was a great find. Warm, clean with up to date decor. It had everything we needed at our fingertips. It was quiet. We weren't distracted by traffic or other noise. The bed was very comfortable. Most importantly it was good value for money. The host was warm and engaging. She spent time explaining local activities and venues. The standout activity was a trip to the mineral ppols

This has to be one of our favourite motels in NZ. It is modern and very well located. The sun streams in all day (when available!). The host has upgraded us to a three bedroom unit the last two times we have stayed. Very spacious with a wet floor shower, super comfortable bed and excellent heating. It is only a 400M walk to the hot pools and is close to restaurants and cafes. The unit has a well equipped kitchen. We will stay again.

Our place of choice to stay either a romantic weekend away or a wind down after a tramp with friends. The service is extraordinary, they care especially the weekend we were running late. we have stayed in an assortment of rooms and each one has been superb, great beds, linen, always clean and warm, and private. Recommend them to all travelers and people just wanting to get away.
