Actually it was very pleasant, very clean. Tea & coffee making facilities, no slippers. Clean bathroom & towels . The Philippino gentleman on the Reception was very pleasant, polite and helpful. It’s on the edge of town but you can easily walk into the Centre to the shops, cafes, restaurants & hot pools so it’s no problem. It was super quiet too. No complaints and they even leave you a cookie with the tea’s & coffees. Easy parking also.

Located 5 mins away from the hot pool, convenient. Car park right in front of our room, service was good

It’s a really nice and quiet place. The service was great as well. What we love the most was the view outside the retreat! We had a great stay!

Love the size of the huge room & amenities offered.. we had arrived late after the checking time & was fortunate that they had left the keys & informed us of the room no. when we went to the 5 Stag restaurant to seek help in calling the reception.thank you

Good place to stay in Hanmer Spring breakfast is included so we don’t need to care about where to have breakfast Such a bargain !

Good value for money, room is tidy and has sky TV, microwave, fridge etc.

Pretty nice people there to provide proper service and help. During our stay, we face the interruption of fire drilling. No people giving us clear instructions to follow. That's pity!

A very good Motel. Located near to town. Big room, clean, fully equipped. Buffet breakfast food is yummy

Great location to the pools. Good sized clean rooms and the added bonus of restaurant onsite with generous servings for meals. Room booking also included a cooked breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Could not complain about anything at this accommodation. Recommended restaurant, by staff, it was close ( possibly owned by the same company) but far too expensive. Good value for money.
