There was a large communal bath in the building, and I was able to soak in the bath slowly. It was also convenient to see how crowded the bathhouse was on the TV in the room. However, I think it would have been nice if there were guidance such as ”available in room clothes and indoor slippers” somewhere. I thought it was okay, but I wore slippers indoors, and I could use them in room clothes, etc., and there was no guide anywhere, so I changed into clothes just in case. It was a little troublesome there.

It is a hotel where you can enjoy various kinds of baths, plays, meals, etc., within walking distance to tourist attractions in Kawagoe. Also, the building is dilapidated, but it seems that cleaning is being done well. The inside of the hall is barefoot, so it is thorough. The only disappointment is that if you stay consecutive nights, the breakfast buffet is exactly the same. There are not so many types to choose from, and naturally the content of the meal will be the same.

I visited Japan for 3 days and changed 3 hotels in different regions. This one is the best. The staff at the front desk are very kind and gave breakfast. The New Year spent here is full of TV programs and the lobby is also Decorated with many New Year decorations, very delicious in the morning, both Western and Western styles, a washing machine on the first floor is convenient for washing clothes, the room is comfortable and the scenery is good, and the JR family bus station bakery is downstairs. Bought it, and the next day brought cash downstairs and the bakery was closed for the new year.) There is also a shopping mall McDonald's not far from the hotel. It is very convenient to live here for a few days.

今回、２回目の利用でした。主人が車椅子なのですが、困っていると必ず声掛けをして下さいます。ほんの一例ですが、車椅子を押して両手がふさがっているため持てなかった、部屋に持ち帰りOKのコーヒーを部屋まで運んで下さったり。朝食時もさりげなく足が不自由な主人が使いやすい席に案内して下さったり。なにごとも、こちらがお願いする前に、先回りで親切にして下さり、本当に感謝です。快適に気持ちよく過ごせました。

About 8 minutes walk from Tachikawa JR South Exit. The stay was okay. The room was quite hot even with the heat turned off, while the sound of siren or ambulance was quite loud with the window opened. The staff were professional and helpful. They helped me change from smoking to non smoking room. Would stay again

(There was no explanation) ➁ Facility Rooftop Spa costs an additional fee, but it is worth it. If it was sunny, Mt. Fuji could be seen, and I was very satisfied because it was a hot spring. ➂ Service Overall, the staff was nice to talk to me when I felt in trouble. Free drinks and bread are provided depending on the time of day, and you can take it back to your room. What was disappointing was the restaurant, and it was a big minus that it took a lot of time to serve. I wonder if it took more than ３０ minutes to provide the sashimi. I was surprised that the main came first for some reason. Breakfast was also served late, so late customers were crowded in the lobby. ④ＳＤＧｓ To be clear, this is ruining this hotel. ＳＤＧｓ I think it should be enlightened, but what this hotel is doing is clearly a cost reduction named ＳＤＧｓ. It is because guests stay at a high price hotel to experience the extraordinary feeling, and I think that the real pleasure of staying at a hotel is to enjoy the equipment and amenities that the hotel is particular about. Even so, this hotel stingy with a toothbrush. (One ５００ You can choose whether to buy a high bamboo toothbrush or bring it with you in the mystery of the yen) There are only the minimum amenities in the room. (In this price range, I think it's okay to enhance lotion and emulsion a little more. It's a lineup similar to a business hotel. Of course, it's of a reasonable quality ...) These are at the rooftop spa. There were all the menity, but it seems that it will be reduced in the future from the viewpoint of ＳＤＧｓ (even though I pay an extra fee ...) The restaurant gave the child a paper straw, but The child will soon be chewed and useless, so as a result, it will be a large consumption of straws. I was really wondering if this was ＳＤＧｓ. Anyway, it's a pity that it was a result of being forced to endure and unreasonable. .. I wondered if I could not easily extract the goodness of ＳＤＧｓ a little more flexibly and provide it to customers instead of forcing ＳＤＧｓ to customers. I think this hotel is top-notch if it has it. I was worried about it because it was a good hotel.

I stayed there one night as lodging on Yokota Air Base was not available. I am a member of Toyoko Inn and I had ten points from previous stays in other Toyoko Inns giving me a free stay. The location is great. Multiple convenience stores one which is right outside the entrance. Also there is a supermarket and taxi stand close by. Excellent and very informative staff. The room was a typical Toyoko Inn room. Very small, but you had everything. Staff very friendly and informative if you needed information.

The cooling/heating in the room is not very controlled, and there is a smell in the corridor of the room. However, it is in an excellent location. There are everything around, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, department stores, stations...there are many parking lots around. There are hotels, but they can only park small cars. If given the chance, I would still choose this hotel.
