The food in the hotel restaurant was very tasty. Unfortunately, it was a bit loud and I had a seat right next to the salad buffet. That was a bit uncomfortable when everyone was standing next to or behind you or getting salad while you were eating your food.

The bed was a little small, the people at the reception were very friendly and the restaurant was very good.

Very much a conference and business hotel tucked away in a residential area and not the easiest to find. The room was rather basic and looking in need of some renovation - stained carpet, old fashioned furniture. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Food in the restaurant was rather good and very friendly staff. Using buses, trams or suburban trains can get to the city centre in about 30 minutes.

Interestingly designed modern hotel with many passages between stairs, and connecting corridors. The staff was very courteous and professional. We only stayed one night in Hannover, but we realized that the hotel was conveniently located close to a bus stop, just two stops from the train station, so it was easily accessible. Also, that means that it was easy to get into town. There was a Lidl a few minutes away, which was great it one wanted to buy some water and groceries. However, there was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel provided two complimentary bottles of water and a couple of bags of gummy candy, which was very nice. Also, the room did not have an AC unit. Since the evenings were rather cool, it was not an issue. The room was very spacious and had a little sitting area with a chair and a wardrobe, that could be closed off by the door to the actual bedroom. The door to the bathroom led from that little area as well. There was no safe. Internet connection was strong and reliable. The room and bathroom were very clean, beds and mattresses were comfortable, pillows were not too soft and not too firm, and blankets warm. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had a very good night sleep. Overall, very good experience.

The room did not match the pictures on the website, was much smaller and not clean. I would not stay here again. The hotel did not issue an invoice and claimed that the invoice would have to come from HRS. After consulting with HRS, they sent an email to the hotel asking them to issue an invoice. I have not received an invoice to this day.

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not right. Unfriendly reception, when I told them that there was a huge stain (from wherever) there was no word of apology, just a bored statement. I could have had a different room if I really wanted to. Cleanliness of bathroom/bed OK Restaurant: Service was good, food light and shade close together, max, 3 points Unfortunately the building is quite noisy, but quiet from the outside Good public transport connections

The hotel was well rated, hence the booking. Conclusion: Charm of a bunker from the 90s. Rooms are unkempt and smelly. Received a free upgrade to a superior double room. Chair broken, traces of vomit on the carpet. The room smells old and stale. Apparently fully booked, so no further changes possible. There are nicer and better maintained youth hostels! Also, everything is very thinly soundproof. Never again!!!

Stay for 5 days, the stay was for business and Ok, the room is not big and does not have a minibar and the hotel does not have a gym which are negative points, but the bed is comfortable, the shower is good with a full glass shower and the Breakfast has plenty of hot and cold options. I was unsure between a 3 or 4 when giving the rating, if it had been 3.5 it would have been my grade, in the end I chose 4 due to the location (close to a market, restaurants and Stadtbahn station, but far from the center).

Hotel mal situé avec un accès difficile pour de gros véhicules. L'hôtel est un vrai labyrinthe avec un nombre incalculable de portes à franchir. Chambres non climatisées et sans moustiquaire, donc vous transpirez ou vous faites piquer par les moustiques. Et alors que dire du restaurant...... Nourriture digne des mauvaises colonies de vacances et où vous faites mettre à la porte à 22h00 par un personnel complètement débordé et d'une antipathie débordante. Vraiment à fuir sans hésiter.

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe zu Gast. Positiv ist die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Bad frisch renoviert. Rest vom Zimmer hat schon etwas Patina angesetzt. Frühstück war besser als für drei Sterne erwartet. Problem gibt es mit dem Personal, das mehrfach äußerst ruppig mit Gästen umgegangen ist. Grundsätzlich kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Wir waren zum Familienbesuch im Raum Hannover und so bot sich dieses Hotel geradezu an und wir waren auch sehr zufrieden. Frühstück und auch Abendessen waren sehr gut und auch preislich akzeptabel. Durch den kleinen Wald im Umkreis fühlte man sich fast wie im Urlaub und man war sehr schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln un Hannover, das einzige Manko in diesem Hotel, war das keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war und das bei der momentanen Hitze, aber es war auszuhalten.
