The location is good, the facilities are old, the service is good, the breakfast is not as rich as the same-star hotels in China, but the food quality is very good👍. Three minutes walk from central station and metro station. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

There is no breakfast option when booking, and the hotel's pay-as-you-go breakfast fee is 29 euros per person per breakfast. The hotel is in a good location, right in the city center and close to the train station and everything.

Excellent hotel, the staff, the service, room cleanliness and comfort, available parking (paid), at a great location. Didn’t eat at the restaurant just had coffee which was fine, service was high class. Overall we had a great experience staying in this hotel and being in Hannover! Thank tou

Very nice hotel well located in Hannover. Exec rooms very large with opening windows which is great although the hotel wasn’t over heated or stuffy. Breakfast very good and very nice staff throughout. Limited English language tv channels.

We stayed there a week during a trade show. On *********** I saw there by chance room prices above 1000 €. What do you get for it ? The rooms are top notch, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We checked in on a Sunday evening and found out that our room ( 3rd floor) did not have internet. We informed the staff at check in, who reluctantly said they would fix it. We told them again on Tuesday evening, having in the meantime met some of our neighbours also sitting on the stairs for getting internet. Needless to say that even on Friday when we left nobody had fixed it. I talked about it at check-out, no apology ,nada. Breakfast is the slowest I have ever seen. When I ordered some fried eggs I was told that this would take 20 minutes. In general the staff at breakfast showed their incompetence also at other tables. Some people waited 30 minutes for their scrambled eggs During the week we entered the hotel restaurant one evning at 20:25. It was empty and a pretty arrogant maitre told us "everything is reserved". We found a good Italian restaurant nearby. When we returned at 10 pm we heard from collegues in the bar, that nobody had eaten there. He succeeded avoiding servicing cutsomers The only highlight in customer service in this hotel is the small bar. The long time bar chief is very friendly and fast, he makes you feel at home.

Really lovely hotel … service professional rooms nice … food fab ….great location for shopping …. Business services excellent ( meeting rooms / lunches etc) Breakfast room service gorgeous. One tiny issue if your room overlooks the road… is the street noise early in the morning …. Machines / road sweepers etc …

It is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location in Hannover. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms looked newly refurbished. We stayed at 2 executive rooms which were spacious and lovely. The staff at the reception and restaurant were all friendly and professional. The breakfast was basic and nicely presented. The Bar is another story. They close early and staff not very friendly. I came late like 1 minute after the last call while staff were still working and they refused to serve me. They said order from Room service from a very limited selection.

Superb Christmas market visit. Was upgraded to an executive room on arrival by the very friendly and helpful reception team. The room was excellent as was the location. We used the gym and spa, all of which seemed brand new and of fantastic quality. Special mention to the cosy downstairs bar where we had possibly the best Negroni cocktails ever! Overall a really great stay. Would definitely stay again if returning to the city.

Very beautiful rooms but with important problems : 1) Light insulation totally insufficient. It’s necessary to sleep with the mask 2) the bed is too hard, not so comfortable 3) The breakfast is of a good level but impossible to have the coffee if you are in a hurry as the staff is insufficient and there is no self service machine It’s a pity because the rooms are good and the position also, but I can not recommend this hotel

All in All a great Hotel. The room was a good size and very clean. The location is excellent. It is very walkable to most of the sites in Hannover. Two small items that were annoying. There wasn't a kettle or coffee maker in room. The only way to get a coffee in the morning is by room service. The hairdryer cut out every 30 seconds. It was wired into the wall so not replaceable.

The hotel sits in the famous Kropcke district, just beside the Opera House, the Hauptbahnhof, and the pedestrianized shopping streets, which then leads to the Market Square. Everything is just so accessible from the hotel. There’s a lot of history and tradition behind this hotel. There’s a small lobby and there’s only one lift. The rooms are large by German standards, and we appreciated the high ceiling. The TV is relatively small compared to others. All the built-in cabinetry are done in white and there is a whole wall of wardrobe and miscellaneous cabinets with mirrored doors that is a nice touch. There is no coffee machine but they do have an electric water kettle. The bed headboard and lower mattress are covered in leather, which is a classy touch. The curtains look expensive. There are enough power outlets so no need to worry where to plug your laptop, tablet, phone, and camera. Again, as is typical of new European hotels, the rooms are not carpeted but instead covered in wood-like cement tiles, which looks good – and presumably easier to maintain. Also as is typical of most European hotels, there is a sliding door to separate the bedroom from the T&B. We appreciated the two wash basins in the T&B – a his and hers. The front desk staff were very helpful, telling us what eating places were open when we were there (Easter Monday). Breakfast fare was quite acceptable, and you could order any type of egg, though there was only one type of bread. The head waiter was very accommodating and super-friendly, and so were the wait staff.

There is much to like about this hotel, starting with the location (in walking distance of the main station). Everybody is very friendly, the lobby has a cozy area for snacks and drinks. Our room was great, quiet and roomy with nice parquet floor. The in-house restaurant is on the pretentious side with sophisticated, but somewhat bland food. But overall a great choice if you are in Hanover!
