The guys at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. The facilities in the room were quite complete. You can also order disposable items for free. My new recent experience with NH Hannover has been profoundly disappointing, particularly with the so-called Assistant Manager Kaan Kaya. Instead of providing a clear explanation of the issue, Kaan’s email was a masterclass in passive aggression. The tone was dismissive, and the attempt to redirect the blame was both unhelpful and unprofessional. It seems that Kaan’s idea of customer service is to send vague responses, rather than addressing the actual problem.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with an employee at NH Hannover named Kaan Kaya. I wanted to discuss a misunderstanding about an incorrectly charged "no show" fee, but Kaan Kaya simply would not let me finish speaking and was incredibly rude. He kept interrupting me and made me feel like my time and concerns were completely unimportant. To make matters worse, at one point, he suddenly tried to switch the conversation to Turkish, even though we were already speaking in English. This was not only confusing but also felt very unprofessional, especially in a business setting. He also insisted I "make time" to continue the conversation, as if my day wasn’t busy enough already. His lack of empathy and professional conduct is shocking and absolutely unacceptable for someone working in the hospitality industry. It’s frustrating enough that NH Hannover wrongly charged me, but to then be treated so poorly by an employee makes the experience downright terrible. This is certainly not the level of service one would expect from a hotel chain like NH. I will definitely not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if they are looking for decent customer service.

The room is good but rhe air conditioning was not good enough for hot weather. They have a lovely lobby but it often gets dirty because it is a hangout area for guests, would be great to have a cleaner consistently cleaning it. It is a lovely area to sit. Reception staff was adorable, breakfast is excellent. Definitely a decent choice in Hannover.
