Location is great, staffs are helpful, the bad thing is very noisy from the street the whole night and couldn't sleep well.

It is a small hotel with gentle and polite waiters. Although our family room was a bit small, it was very comfortable to stay in. The scenery outside the balcony window was also good. Breakfast tastes great! The hotel is in a good location. It's not far from anywhere. Go boldly.

The room is long and narrow, and the overall space is relatively small. There is not even a chair in the family room, but the bathroom is not bad in size. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic and gave a lot of suggestions on travel, dining, transportation, etc. The sister at the front desk also reminded us to be careful with our mobile phones and backpacks when going out. Room types facing the street are more likely to be affected by the roar of motorcycles on the street. If the sleep quality is not good, it is recommended not to book a high-rise room facing the street. The pho for breakfast is delicious.

The waiter was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to ask me if it was my first time in Vietnam, introduced restaurants and attractions near us, and provided a map of the hotel. Originally I had to check in at 14:00, but he kindly told me that I could check in at around 12:30. The only thing is that the hotel hardware needs to be improved. For example, the hot and cold water will be very hot when it comes out, so it needs to be adjusted slowly. And there are only traditional 2-pin plugs, no new USB charging devices, etc. And the hotel is on the roadside, so it will be noisy. . Overall, I really appreciate the enthusiasm of the waiters.

Because it is in the central area, the rooms facing the street are noisy. Overall, it is good, but the price/performance ratio is not good. The service is very good, help with booking The restaurant and rooms are packed up for early check-in. It's very close to the hotel next door and doesn't feel very safe.

Comfortable stay, good location

Staying in the Lotusama hotel in Hanoi has to be one of the best decision made for our trip in Hanoi. The service is really 5 star standard for a boutique hotel. Kudos to kitchen team, Kaelyn, Betty and Thuc for the hospitality shown. The staff is knowledgeable and speak good English. They even add personal touches to their service. Eg: we left for Sapa at 630am and cannot make it for breakfast. The team prepare small bento meals for us to eat during our journey to Sapa to eat. Very thoughtful indeed. When we came back from Sapa 2 days later, they actually remember my daughter love for cheese and prepare a special cheesy omelette for her during breakfast. Breakfast spread nothing spectacular but the taste is good, especially pho special and Vietnam special ice coffee. Their recommendation on food is spot on and extremely yummy. Love the bun cha and desert recommended by Kaelyn and Betty’s recommendation for banh mi was good too. Overall I have been wowed by the team and will be back staying here when I’m back in Hanoi. Only 1 small issue that has nothing to do with the team, the roads can be quite noisy with the constant honking from cars passing by.

Perfect little hotel in the middle of Hanoi old town . through the busy streets full life, vibrancy and food. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The Wi-Fi worked really well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommended. They even made us early breakfast for a 6 am departure to Sapa. Above and beyond. I’ll definitely come back and stay again.

Wonderful boutique hotel centrally located in old Hanoi. The rooms are well appointed and furnished and very clean. The staff treated us so well and provided a special gift as we were celebrating our anniversary. Betty and Kenny were so helpful directing us to nearby street food locations that were outstanding. 5 star experience. Thank you Lotusama❤️

Nice little hotel with great breakfast. The area is very exciting with plenty of cool cafes and good street food within 2 minutes walk. The best part however is the hotel staff, lovely, dedicated and attentive people who make you feel at home.
