Ughhhh…unfortunately this hotel was not for us…bad location, the building is old, the furnishes were like we are staying in a motel instead of a hotel.  Unfortunately our booking was the non refundable one. We didn’t stay. We left after checking in 15 minutes. We moved to another hotel around old quarter area. 

Could easily access to eating places and offices from the hotel. Room is clean and polite, helpful front counter reception. Have a very good variation and selection of breakfast.

The hotel is old, but the location is very good. The hotel breakfast is very simple. There are many places to eat on both sides of the road. There is a fish restaurant next door that is worth recommending. This hotel is marked as a three-star hotel. I don't know why it is a four-diamond hotel on Ctrip.

I tried to find a cheap place to stay in Hoan Kiem, but it didn't work out so I moved to this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with no smell. The staff at the front desk were also friendly.

There are two windows in the room, and the location is relatively quiet, with a high CP value. Although the nearby environment is not very good, you can see the corresponding food stalls by just walking a few steps. There is a hypermarket about 10 minutes' walk away.

It's a nice hotel with a good location and reasonable price. It's a good choice if you don't want to live in the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, including the security personnel at the door who will also help open the door. They are very polite. There is also a safe in the room for peace of mind.

The room is quite clean. The soundproofing of the street-facing windows needs to be improved. It is a little noisy during the day, but ok at night. The breakfast is delicious. The waiter is also very nice. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

The exchange rate for foreign currency is high, but everything else is normal.

Do not post signs prohibiting bringing smelly fruits into the hotel (hope the hotel will pay more attention)
