Room was fantastic, large bed, great shower. Hotel a little bit out of the old quarter and French quarter but still has lots of local street food and near park. Great stay.

I wasn't a fan of the windowless room. But it was fine for the first few nights of my trip.

They gave me a better room than what I've paid. Nice!

Very bad!

The room was unclean. I suggest you don't stay there. I booked a room with a window, but the waiter deliberately opened a room without a window. Ctrip called but he deliberately didn't answer. I had to pay extra to get it settled.

The room environment was not good, the bedding was poor, and the pillowcases were not replaced. The service attitude at the front desk was okay.

The location is OK, except that it is very convenient. The room is big enough and clean. And it's quiet! The lady at the front desk was very nice and easy to communicate with. There is also an elevator up and down, which is very convenient for carrying luggage.

Clean, enthusiastic

Convenient location near the center, friendly staff. The plus point is that the hotel also cooks beauty tea for guests, which is very cute. The minus point is that on the second day, there was a request for cleaning but the staff forgot about it.

The sheets and blankets are so stinky that you can't get through them... the chickens are dirty and not pregnant... the staff is not polite..
