They made a mistake with our booking and had to stay somewhere else  but we’re very uncomplicated with the refund

모두 친절하셨고 시설이나 위치 가격대비 좋았습니다.

그러나 체크인 시간에 맞춰갔었지만 방이 준비가 되어있지 않아서 밖에서 2시간을 기다렸습니다. 

하루쯤은 추천.

Stayed only one day for an itinerary.

Everyone was friendly and the facilities and location were good for the price.

However, I arrived at the check-in time, but the room was not ready, so I waited for 2 hours outside.
