The hotel would like to respond as follows: 1. If you booked a superior room: 480k/night, the room will not be as airy and spacious as the Deluxe and Deluxe city view rooms. The room images on the hotel App are very detailed. 2. You stayed from September 8, 2024 until noon on September 9, the housekeeping department saw that your room used a bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator (the housekeeping department added another bottle on September 9). The hotel confirms that your room has a minibar in the refrigerator. 3. Location far from the center -＞ When you booked a hotel room, you already knew where the hotel was located (clearly stating the address 49 Tran Quoc Vuong, Cau Giay). If you want to visit Hoan Kiem Lake later, you must book a hotel in Hoan Kiem district. About the TV not working -＞ The TV is still working normally.
