Location - best as it is neat night market and restaurants
Bed- not as comfy, the sheets are old and itchy
Service- Best, they are helpful and attentive
I think this is the only good thing
Breakfast - very few options
Place is hot and a little bit unhygienic, shower water has smell so must let it flow for a minute

The hotel was beautiful very clean .the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a massage and that was amazing and relaxing! The pool was refreshing after a day walking around. Easy walk to town or can use a complimentary bike from hotel. A & G Australia

We stayed there 3 nights the building is old but clean the staff were great and very accommodating close to amazing restaurants and a load of historical sites easy access to great shopping and transport around city rooms very clean and serviced breakfast was very nice and plenty of it overall a great stay at hotel

Didn’t even check in to this hotel, shows as 4* but is 1* at best. Pictures of this hotel do not match what is shown . BEWARE of this hotel. So bad after seeing the room we had a get a taxi to another hotel and after a flight this is not ideal. So think twice .

There is tissue paper and a refrigerator. Breakfast is standard. Since the hotel is located in the old town, the room only had a small window, so ventilation was poor and the room was damp. The bathroom has a partition in the shower, so the toilet area doesn't get soaked. The price is cheap, so if you can afford to stay there, you won't have any problems.

Hola, lo reserve por *********** porque le ponen un 9 y 4 estrellas. De verdad que no lo entiendo, de hecho las fotos de la recepción no coinciden. Lo que no entiendo, es que tenga tantos comentarios tan buenos. Solo puede ser que una de las trabajadoras antes de irte, te pide que la puntúes. Los trabajadores muy amables eso sí, pero como en todo Vietnam. De verdad que el peor hotel que estuve en mi estancia, menos mal que solo fue una noche y llegué a dormir y me fui, daba miedo, más bien parece un hostal y la cama por su puesto no era cómoda. No lo recomiendo para nada
