The hotel’s location is very good, so it made easier for me to buy food and shopping. The hotel is very clean, new place, nice & friendly staff, and the breakfast food is really great (especially for the bacon and sausage). Their staff is very helpful too and fluent in English. Definitely I will go back to this hotel.

Overall, I recommend it. It's close to the attractions, the service attitude is very good, the room is small but fairly new, and the breakfast is also very good! High cost performance, recommended!

I was satisfied with the reception, cleanliness, and all the services. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, and even though I couldn't speak English well, they spoke to me in a way that I could understand. The room amenities, the number of towels, and other services were beyond my expectations. I would like to use this hotel again when I come to Hanoi.
