The hotel is located in the center, next to the lake and there is a McDonald's About 45 minutes from Hanoi Airport The hotel overall is OK The waiters are also very friendly. I will stay here again if I come to Hanoi next time.

The room is small. The location is excellent. I was a little disappointed that there was no hotel breakfast.

It would be better if breakfast is provided. In addition, there is no TV in the room, which is a bit regrettable.

It was just renovated and the smell of formaldehyde was so strong that I couldn't sleep at all. Moreover, they ordered free drinks, but there were no free drinks. The service was pretty good, with a smile, but the time was wrong. I needed to change the time when I went to the hotel to communicate. The first day, I was told that I could communicate, but the next day, I was told that it was not possible. Good location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake Because it is new, the design and facilities are good. No bugs, clean! However, the bathroom door doesn't fit the entrance so it doesn't close properly. I closed it once, but it wouldn't open, so I kicked it and came out, so I didn't close it again and used it because I was afraid it would break! The best thing here is the staff’s service ♥ They are always present in the lobby, open the door and greet you cheerfully. They carried our suitcases to our rooms and introduced us to the kitchen facilities on the 9th floor. In fact, there was a desk in the photo of the studio room I booked (of course, I think it may vary slightly from room to room). However, we made a reservation because we needed to use a desk, but there was no desk in the room we were assigned. When I requested it via messenger, I was immediately upgraded to a room, so I was able to use it comfortably. I ran out of conditioner while showering, but they cleaned it up right away and replaced it with a new one free of charge. Immediate response and processing is really comfortable and nice. The manager who moved my suitcase said that since it was a new hotel, if I could give him feedback on what I felt while using it, he would collect it and reflect it. I think that kind of attitude is cool too! If you are planning to explore downtown Hanoi, I recommend this hotel :)

I would 100% recommend M village in Hanoi ( currently staying here as of September 17th 2024) ! I’ve visited Hanoi over 20 times and this would be my top Hotel especially considering the price more tucked away from the old quarter which is perfect at night as it’s more chill and quiet. The customer service is top notch !! Facilities are great and breakfast is very good considering the price! Always greeted with a smile and am more than happy to visit again in the near future ! ( they even gave some cute handmade gifts for the Autumn festival !)

Is The Best Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed In Vietnam, Staff Are Super Friendly, Everything Is Perfect . I Highly Recommend It. I Definitely Will Stay Here In My Next Visit To Vietnam. Furniture Are New, You Can Do Laundry For Free Anytime. Close To Many Shops

M Village Ho Guom offered a peaceful stay with easy access to Hanoi's attractions. Although there's no on-site restaurant, numerous dining options are just a short walk away. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a lovely rooftop terrace with lake views made for a pleasant experience. Ideal for those seeking comfort and convenience in central Hanoi.
