I'm writing this review with a very heavy heart. I cut short my 3-week stay & I moved out. The host is very kind, accommodating & responsive. I strongly believe in supporting local, family-run businesses like this one, but we couldn't find solutions to key issues. I found this property on AirBnb, and the loft listing (not the studio) there didn't fully match the reality on the ground, creating fatal flaws for long-term stays — at least, for me. No proper kitchen (as shown in listing/photos); only an electric stove, a handful of kitchen utensils, one kettle, one microwave & one saucepan. I complained & host quickly bought a two-plate electric stove, kitchen items and an air purifier to make up for the lack of kitchen fen. Deal breaker for me: Loft was listed as "quiet" but my window faced a construction site. Noise all day long from 6AM even until 10.30PM. I wish this information had been disclosed before my arrival. I prioritize peace and quiet over other features. Loft's not high-end though nicely decorated & staged. Linen is very soft. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom would be better off with a shower curtain and the toilet needs additional cleaning. No elevator but staff will carry your luggage for you. Free filtered water available & excellent assistance, attitude from host and on-site managers. They helped me to buy a SIM card and provided guidance and recommendations. Property has potential. But descriptions/photos have to reflect reality. I'd return once construction noise ends.
