I can't recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were fantastic. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We left our luggage with the hotel after checking out so we could explore the city before our 7 PM pick-up. The staff even offered to let us use their washroom to freshen up later in the day (though we didn't end up needing to). They also provided us with bottled water and snacks for our onward journey, which was a lovely touch. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff was friendly. Hotel manager was very hands on and interactive. Breakfast was average.

Solo Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel and brand new. Good Location. Reception staff is a gem. Kate at front office is one of nicest lady I have ever met, she guided me about Hanoi for my short trip and she is very polite and has a beautiful smile everytime you pass front desk. They have good breakfast in the morning, Fiona in the restaurant provided excellent service and definately an asset to this hotel. They have a rooftop bar to enjoy Beer in the evening. Lot of shopping and good options around the hotel within 10 mins walk. I will definately stay here during my next visit and would like to recommend it to everyone.

Location is good. Very convenient. Walking distance to almost all popular eateries and attractions. Room is huge( deluxe room with balcony). Breakfast is ok. Service excellent.

Exceptional front desk staff, that initiated contact ahead of arrival, offered car pick-up at standard rates, very helpful and friendly - thanks Jamie and others!. Good breakfast selection, comfortable bed and room, mini balcony for view and fresh air. Rooftop Skybar newly opened and not busy but as for all other personal servies, friendly and obliging. Very recommendable for a comfortable stay in the heart of Hoan Kiem.

Despite an unpleasant check-in process due to mistakenly booking a room without a window, and spending a couple of hours trying to change the reservation through trip.com without success, my stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staff is well-trained, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is excellent. The service is top-notch, truly five-star level. I highly recommend this hotel.

5 STARS, highly recommended & will definitely return if in Hanoi! The entire hotel crew works around the clock, always greeting you with a warm smile & checking in if we need anything. We stayed for 3 nights! The room is spacious even for a twin room, the toliet, the bed, everything was great. The breakfast & cafe area is one of the best for a boutique hotel. Their menu is so extensive that i love everything especially their PHO & Bun Bo Nam No. Its SO GOOD, EVEN BETTER THAN THOSE RESTAURANTS/Street ones I am so thankful i chose Minerva Premium Hotel, thank you for gifting me such a great Hanoi Experience, keep up the excellent job! 5 star service, all staffs are polite and smile all the time, delicious breakfast especially Beef Pho. Quiet and super clean, i would definitely stay here again.

I am very satisfied with my trip to Hanoi, Vietnam. This hotel is great. I have always had high requirements for hotels. I carefully looked at many hotels online before coming here. Finally, I chose this one. I am quite satisfied with it and it is cost-effective. 1. The hotel service is very good, especially the hotel manager, who speaks fluent English and is very enthusiastic. He will introduce the hotel and surrounding attractions and travel methods to you with great care. The other waiters are also very polite; 2. The hotel is in an excellent location. It takes five minutes to walk to the cathedral, ten minutes to walk to the train station cafe, about three minutes to the lake, and about three minutes to the popular beef noodle P10 store and the cafe Zhongyuan. It feels super convenient to go anywhere, and this street feels relatively safe overall, and is relatively not so messy and noisy; 3. The hotel room is very large, and the items inside are very good. Overall, the quality is very good. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. There is a balcony where you can go out for tea. I like the decoration style very much. There are flowers inside, which is very five-star grade; 4. The SkY BAR on the top floor of the hotel is very beautiful. It is great to have a drink at night. I especially like the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. It is very bright and suitable for taking pictures. The breakfast is not very delicious. You can eat rice noodles once, and there is also an egg soup. It’s almost the same to eat some fruit. You can go out to eat more authentic rice noodles and French bread.

Very satisfactory accommodation experience, a very new hotel with European style design. The hotel is in a very good location, there are many food and shops downstairs, and a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake or St. John's Cathedral. A 5-minute walk to the back is a Michelin Pho restaurant. Speaking of Pho, the Pho for breakfast in the hotel is very, very delicious. I personally think it is better than what I eat outside or in other cities in Vietnam! Finally, I have to mention the hotel's service. The waiters from the front desk to the restaurant are very friendly. Every time I meet them in and out of the hotel, they will say hello. It's very cordial, just like going home.
