I think the family is composed of a Vietnamese wife, a Chinese husband, and two children.
It's very close to where everyone actually lives, so it's a bed and breakfast-like place.
The wife doesn't speak English, but she was very kind and answered all my questions through the translation function and told me what was nearby.
Her husband was also very humble and polite, and was very kind. It's definitely the most hospitable motel I've ever stayed at.
The room has a free-standing air conditioner and a fan, which keeps the temperature just right, not too hot or too cold.
The gate may be closed and it may be difficult to find, but if you press the intercom at the house with "96" written on it, someone may come out.
