This is the hotel with the worst service I encountered in Vietnam in a month. There is only one old man at the front desk. He ignored you when you asked questions. I waited there for more than an hour. After many attempts to communicate with him, I left in anger. I advise Chinese people not to book this hotel if they don't know English or Vietnamese.

For the money, it's a great hotel, there's internet, a sofa with a desk for work, a bed in a separate room, a balcony, but I didn't have hot water in the shower, if there had been, I would have given it a 4;0 for convenience

Overall, I liked everything not bad, but the owner cheated me when I rented the bike.

There is a kitchen, but there are no chopsticks, bowls, seasonings or kitchen utensils.

Service and room were ok but I was a bit unlucky because of the bad weather
