The Embassy Hotel Hanoi

不錯挺好的

During my trip to Hanoi, I stayed 2 nights at the Old Town Beer Street Hotel and 2 nights at the Embassy Hotel. The Embassy Hotel is located on the street above Hoan Kiem Lake, and it was convenient for me to use a scooter because it had an underground parking lot. The Beer Street Hotel didn't have breakfast, so it was nice that the Embassy Hotel had breakfast. Although there weren't many food options, I was able to have a simple breakfast of fried rice, baguette bread, bacon, fruits, and vegetables. Seri, the customer service representative of Savage, was always cheerful and spoke Korean well, so it was easy to communicate. She even talked to me while I called Grab and waited until the end, and she even came down to the Grab pick-up point with the doorman to see me off. I appreciate her thoughtful consideration. The part that was a little difficult(?) for me personally while staying at the hotel was that When taking a shower, the warm water changes to lukewarm and cold water in 5~6 minutes. So I had to quickly wash my hair and wash it. ^^ I'm not sure, but I don't know if it's because there's no city gas hot water like in Korea. When going to Mega Grand World, the free shuttle bus (oct2) stops at the Opera House, so it was close and convenient because it was a straight line. The staff were more friendly than others, and Seri and another person (the one wearing white) were also very friendly, so I felt good throughout my stay. I will visit again next time I come to Hanoi.
