Excellent staff who speak good English. Daily housekeeping. Free bottles of water, free tea and coffee etc. Spacious studio apartment with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay in Hanoi close to old quarter. Ficus suites is not in a busy main street so it's very calm and quiet. Cleanliness was top notch. There's a big supermarket in the walking distance which was really convenient. Can get food delivered easily by grab food. Location is close to many great restaurants and services. Apartment was spot on with modern amenities. Apartment came with a decent sized smart tv which greatly helped to our last days of Hanoi trip. King sized bed with a firm comfy mattress and pillows. Good air con. Ample hot water in the bathroom. Front loading properly functioning washing machine. I prepared several meals in the kitchen which i loved doing ones in a while when traveling abroad. Kitchen was fully equipped. Decent sized refrigerator with a stocked up drinks. Actually we have nothing to complain and I would like to highly recommend Ficus suites to everyone because we had a good time and a comfy stay there. Notable front office and cleaning staff. Managed to cook a good dinner with the kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and as stated in ad. Good location on edge of old town quarter. Recommend.

They had overbooked. It seems to be a Vietnamese custom to be sure they reached max occupancy. So upon arrival I was told I could not stay. They refunded but caused me to lose time and money. They should be heavy fines or penalties for such dishonest behavior.

And it's tiem biet (good bye) to our Ficus Suites Apartment that we stayed for the past 7 nights. It comes with a living room, dining room, kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. When we arrived at Ficus Suites, reception staff Apple came out of the reception counter and walked down the flight of stairs to welcome us. Such great hospitality All the reception staff (Apple, Hieu, Lee) were very friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with smiles, provided useful tips on locations of good food and day trips suggestions, asked us where we had been the day for our visits, etc. Apple also gave us her WhatsApp number so we could enquire her about places to eat and visit at any time! Reviews on several booking sites also mentioned the same about them. They make this serviced apartment a top reason for stay. I also dropped by at the nearby BRG Mart which we bought our groceries from almost daily to bid goodbye to the cashier who always greeted me with huge smile after an occasion when I used Google Translate to enquire where was the jam (i.e. Mut in Vietnamese). And there is a very strange store across our apartment... The store name is Uniqlo but it doesn't look like it at all.

We had an incredible stay in Hanoi and this hotel was the highlight of the trip. While the rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable the highlight of the hotel is their staff. Before we even arrived they assisted me in arranging transportation to and from the airport. While we where there they where very warm and friendly. They were always willing to provide tips, suggestions, recommendations and assistance.

Thank you for the excellent service received. Great location near quarters. Clean rooms. Staff well versed in English, which was a great help. Thank you and keep up the great work. Hotel highly recommended. We were happy with the hotel and rebooked when we retun from Da Nang.

Very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They very helpful and speak good english. Will definitely recommend this apartment. Great location. Quiet area. We actually booked again for when we return from Da Hang.
