Hotel is located in a great spot in old quarter. It’s in a relatively quiet part but still close to everything. Loved that our room was made up daily and water was refilled.
Breakfast is average and didn’t make use of this every day but if you’re not too fussy it’s a great addition.
The part I don’t like was that the walls are very thin / gaps in doors / windows overlooking other rooms so you could hear absolutely EVERYTHING your neighbours were doing and I mean everything. It was horrible.

The location is in the old quarter near everything. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious. The breakfast is good.

A bit old but old. Good location, easy to commute around old quarter. The staff is polite and helpful.

This is a nice hotel with a really lovely view from the breakfast room and pool. I’d happily stay here again. Walking distance to the lake and close to the main roads of taking taxis out of the old town

Great hotel in Old Quarter….room was very nice, bathroom was very good…breakfast buffet on 12th floor was excellent- good variety and lots of choices.
Walking distance to the lake, lots of restaurants close by.

The hotel is in the city center close to many convenient stores, monuments etc. The staff is always smiling and dedicated. Good breakfast. Recommanded :)

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating! The pool seemed to be dirty so I didn't try it, but the rooftop provided great views of the area! Would definitely stay again.

I stayed in 5 hotels during my 3 weeks in Vietnam, and this was the hotel with the highest satisfaction! It's always clean, and the breakfast is of the highest quality. The view from the tall building is also amazing! It's close to all the famous tourist attractions, and I can't express it enough because it's more satisfying than a pool villa! And the staff are really polite and kind, especially the staff of this hotel, Mr. Dylan, is the kindest and most friendly Vietnamese person!! I think I'll use this hotel every time I come to Vietnam. Highly recommended!!!
