Great hotel, lovely staff and brilliant location. The room was really nice and the place is very affordable! Near lots of nice restaurants and the city is nice to explore, very near dragon bridge which is cool to see all the city lit up from at night :)

It was my first time in Hanoi, and since I was traveling alone, I thought the accommodation was important! My criteria for choosing a place to stay was that it was close to the city center and easy to get around, and I was satisfied with that!

I'm getting along so well, but I need a more honest attitude and I hope I try to be more clean. If the company name changes, it didn't fix it immediately, causing confusion for a while. Please fix it quickly.

I think the location is excellent

The room was comfortable. Good hot water, comfortable firm extra king bed, clean linen although i think they forgot about cleaning windows on the balcony. Good wifi, Big Screen tv with movies, Safe. Fridge, Coffee facilities but no coffee or milk supplies. Absolute fantastic location in the heart of it all with all the foodie streets. Worth a stay. We were off loaded here for one night on our original booking which we move to this morning for 2 more nights. Already love the Hanoi street vibe. For $70 aud ok when compare to others. Did not inc breakfast.

Overall- poor. Pros- hot water / quiet room at back of hotel/ location excellent Cons- horrible breakfast ( fried egg, chili sauce, slice of friut, 2 slice of loaf bread).. served cold:((( Better places around with much better offerings… Service - poor:( well meaning but actually non interested) doorman never open door ( trust me, the door is heavy) no real help in simple situations… I checked a few small hotels whilst here same price and location but elevated offerings… so ensure u shop around I believe many reviews have been manipulated….so I would not trust the high score… but it maybe we experienced an unusually poor period… Be aware the toilet / shower smells quite bad and floor very slippery due to leaks in the shower

Very Nice! Very good. Very near to everything you want as a traveller. Thanks to staff Dung for being helpful. And their retaurant is good esp for Indoor people who needs airconditioning. Its located at the center of the old quarter near the beer street.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is perfect in the middle of the city to a great Price ! We enjoyed our stay there😊 Would definitely recommend it 👍🏼 The receptionist was lovely as well.. very sweet and helpful:) —————————————————————-
