Great location, clean room . Only bad thing is view from the window , a big wall . If you book there , ask for the last floors .

The hotel helped us book a airport pickup and motorcycle rental. Very helpful staff that made us feel welcome. The location is a short walk away to all attractions in old quarter. Would recommend to anyone.

The room is large, clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk and the waiter are very patient and polite. Unfortunately, they don't understand Chinese and need to be improved!

Don't make any comments, just see for yourself. The hotel finally helped me change rooms, but the experience was really not good and it was not worth the price, because the price of another hotel I booked before was better and the environment was much better than this one. There were many incidents, but Ctrip worked very hard to help resolve them. Environment: The surrounding environment is very poor, maybe because it is in the most expensive scenic spot, and it is relatively convenient to go out and do anything.

The room hygiene is acceptable. The environment is not as bad as in the old town as mentioned in the reviews. The bar street outside is very lively and there is no noise in the room that affects your rest. It is also close to Hoan Kiem Lake and can be reached by walking to nearby attractions.

The facilities are the standard of a serious hotel, with a bathtub 🛁, but it is more expensive than the surrounding ones. This one starts at 800k VND, others start at 500. It is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, 3 minutes' walk, and overall very good.
