Hotel is very small typical of the old quarter ,well restructured,spa very good and affordable,staff very friendly!!

Fantastic Hotel the breakfast simply delicious & cooked fresh as you order. Staff friendly & efficient. We enjoyed our stay & will return in a couple of months. Right in the heart of the old quarter. Good restaurant across the road

Great place beautiful room. I had a terrace I would have liked cushions on the iron chairs outside for more comfort. But other than that it was a great place to stay for the night.

Location is good as it is in the heart of old town. Service staff is good too. Breakfast is good. We booked the family room with window, which has 2 king beds. Room is large. Only thing for my personal preference is that the bed is a bit soft.

The hotel located in the old city, close to cathedral and lake. Surrounded by the famous cafés and tourist attractions. It’s super convenient to stay if you are planning to have a tour trip, as it’s easy for them to arrange a pickup and drop off directly to the hotel. The stuff are friendly :)

I stayed in Hanoi for a few days at this Brilliant Hotel and Spa, it was incredible! The location is perfect; it's right in the middle of the old town, it is convenient to get anywhere in the city and I was at the heart of everything I wanted to see. I had family staying across the street in another hotel, and while theirs was more expensive, the Brilliant Hotel was much better. The service from the lobbyists was friendly, helpful, and insightful -- not at all looking to scam or take money from me (unlike other locations I visited during my trip, or even from my family's experience). They immediately offered me a physical map of great places to travel in the area, and communicated with me in a personal and friendly manner. I told them what I was interested in seeing, they helped highlight it on the map. Google maps isn't the best option in Vietnam, and having a physical map actually helped 'save' me from being lost more than once on my trip. I thought that was the end of that, but at night they left a personal card on my door, always remembered my name as I walked in and out, and even remembered where I went and what I said about it, making conversation whenever I wanted, even at breakfast! The breakfast was quite good, besides the normal food they can cook you omelets, pho, pancakes, etc. The service here is unlike anywhere else I've stayed, the lobbyists Fiona and Lucy in particular were extremely friendly, approachable, understanding, and helpful. 10/10 I recommend this hotel, and I definitely will be going back here when I travel through Hanoi again!

Fantastic location. Close to the busy noisy part of Old Quarters so it is pleasant, yet just a short walk there. Room is clean and pleasant. Staff is attentive. I check in the evening, counter staff had memorised the names of remaining guest to check in. Breakfast is good with a la carte choice.

The staff service is very good, especially the little brother and sister at the front desk The hotel is relatively old. The quilts used at this price are still cotton quilts. The ventilation is average. The sheets and sheets have a feeling of not being fully dried.

The hotel room is large, the transportation location is convenient, and it is relatively cheap. Although it is not as bright as the website photos, there is a slight color difference 😂 But overall it’s okay. Breakfast has freshly made pho, French toast and the like, which is pretty good.

The room is very old. The towels are gray and tattered. I have to complain to the front desk to ask for a replacement. The sink hole is black. It's not worth the price. It really needs to be renovated.

Conveniently located in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Also, since it faces the main street, it is convenient to arrange taxis easily.

Although it was clean, the windowless room had a bit of a smell. And because the curtains are wooden curtains, the light comes in. Breakfast had a small variety but taste was good.

It's really great here... I booked an Airbnb and it was the worst, so I made a reservation on the same day and ran to Brilliant. I almost cried. There is no service like this in Old Town for this price and this level of cleanliness. I also rented a motorcycle because it was cheap. Above all, you are kind.. The most important thing is that we stay comfortably and travel with good memories. Anyway, it's the best, make sure to go there
